Microsoft 365 Copilot is a great new generative AI Product from Microsoft, but what happens if we run into a problem.
Here is how you could reach out to Microsoft for support in case you’re experiencing issues with it in these early days:
- Sign into your Microsoft 365 Admin portal with your Microsoft 365 Admin Account and select Support > New Service Request. (Or you may have to go via the route Support > Help & Support > Contact Support > Microsoft)
- In the support case Title, include “#M365Copilot” as a key word along with a short title (Including the keyword in the Case Title will ennsure the case gets routed to the correct team for resolution)
- In the Support case description provide details about the issue.
- Note: Do not make a selection from the Product dropdown list (just adding the keyword in the title is sufficient)
