Microsoft 365 Copilot is a great new generative AI Product from Microsoft, but what happens if we run into a problem.

Here is how you could reach out to Microsoft for support in case you’re experiencing issues with it in these early days:

  1. Sign into your Microsoft 365 Admin portal with your Microsoft 365 Admin Account and select Support > New Service Request. (Or you may have to go via the route Support > Help & Support > Contact Support > Microsoft)
  2. In the support case Title, include “#M365Copilot” as a key word along with a short title (Including the keyword in the Case Title will ennsure the case gets routed to the correct team for resolution)
  3. In the Support case description provide details about the issue.
  4. Note: Do not make a selection from the Product dropdown list (just adding the keyword in the title is sufficient)
